Hours

When you book your wedding with us you will get the use of our venue the night before your wedding for 3 hours.  The day of your wedding you can arrive at 8:00am remain until  10:00pm.  If you will be serving alcohol the bar will close at 8:30pm.


Pricing

The pricing includes the following:

use of bride and groom suites, Building/Tents for reception, food tables, guests tables, white folding chairs for reception, arbor, benches for ceremony.

1-50 guests                         $1,200.00

51-100 guests                   $2,000.00

101-150 guests                 $2,600.00

151-200 guests.                $3,200.00

Decorations                          $1,000.00 and up

Cleaning fee.                         $200.00

Damage deposit                  $200.00 refundable

Bartender (s)                         $350.00 for up to 100 guests for 4 hours

                                                       $450.00 for 101 to 200 guests for 4 hours

Security Officer                   $36.00 per hour (officer only required if alcohol is served) 

Director/Coordinator     $200.00 (night before and day of)

Catering help                        $600.00 for up to 100 guests

                                                      $1,200.00 101 to 200 guests

2 chafing dishes (to keep food hot)

Drink dispensers

Drink holders with ice

*Dessert plates

*Cups

*Forks

*Knives*Spoons

*White dinner napkins

*all of these items will be plastic and enough for your entire guest list



If you are wanting to just rent the building for an event the prices are as follows:

You will get the use of the building along with table and chairs

$50.00 a hour 2 hours minimum

$25.00 cleaning fee

First hour fee is due at time of booking to secure date the remaining about is due the day of your event.
